Taping begins
Retainers 24/7; nighttime taping starts (continues for 1–2 months total).
Settling down
Retainers at night only; taping continues.
Return to desk work
Most patients resume remote or office work within the first week and a half.
Light exercise
Gentle activity resumes; no straining.
Heavy lifting / gym
Full training load cleared.
Contact sports
Avoided until at least three months post-op.
