Trained at Marmara University's English Faculty of Medicine and specialized in otorhinolaryngology at Istanbul Bağcılar Training & Research Hospital, Dr. Eroğlu brings an ENT surgeon's understanding of the airway to every aesthetic case.

The Method
Reserved for revisions, complex noses and difficult anatomy. Full visibility of the framework when precision demands it.
Used when suitable. All incisions stay inside the nostrils. No external scar, less swelling, faster settling.
Ultrasonic bone work that spares soft tissue. Less trauma, less bruising, faster recovery than classic osteotomy.
In selected cases the natural dorsal structure is kept rather than removed and rebuilt. A smoother, more natural profile line.
Cartilage Hierarchy
Grafting material follows a strict order. Your own tissue first, always.
During consultation you receive a 2D side-profile simulation. Front-view simulation is not offered. Honest medicine over marketing promises.
Recovery
An honest schedule from operating table to final refinement, including the long game most clinics will not mention.
Stay overnight in a private hospital room for monitoring and recovery. One companion may stay with you overnight.
Your nasal cast and silicone splints are removed at the clinic. Most patients with desk-based jobs can return to work within 7–10 days.
Begin applying scar gel as instructed. Nostril retainers are worn day and night during the first month. Light exercise can usually be resumed after 2 weeks.
Continue nighttime taping as advised for 1–2 months. Heavy lifting and gym workouts can usually be resumed after 4–6 weeks. Contact sports should be avoided for at least 3 months.
Nostril retainers are typically worn at night only. Taping may continue depending on your healing. Most patients can return comfortably to their normal daily routine.
Your nose will continue to refine as swelling gradually resolves. Thin skin typically reaches a near-final result at around 12 months, while thicker skin may require 12–18 months for full tip definition.
